A Career in About a Year

In early December the Lester B. Pearson School Board’s Continuing Education Department and the Department of Communications and Community Development teamed up to launch a new social media advertising campaign.
The campaign aims to help interested candidates find a great career program starting in January. They are directed to a menu of available programs, from which they can find information about contacting the appropriate Vocational Centre, find more information, or begin the registration process.
LBPSB’s Continuing Education, or LBPCE, as it is known, offers the highest quality training necessary for many exciting and well-paid careers that are in high demand by employers. The programs lead to fully recognized government certification, are held in the LBPSB’s modern facilities, and are fully subsidized. This means that often a better education can be had for pennies on the dollar when compared to private colleges.
