Festive Fun in Our Seasonal Cookie & Brownie Workshop

PSCA was filled with the warm aromas of butter, sugar, and holiday cheer as the Professional Cooking August day group hosted a joyful Seasonal Cookie and Brownie Workshop. The students transformed the kitchen into a festive holiday bake shop, working in pairs to create an irresistible assortment of seasonal treats.
They prepared and decorated holiday sugar cookies, baked classic traditional shortbread, rolled out colourful Tollhouse multicoloured chocolate chip cookies, and mixed-up decadent peppermint and double-chocolate brownies. Laughter, teamwork, and creativity filled the room as each pair proudly crafted treats that looked just as good as they tasted.
Once the baking was complete, the students packaged their creations beautifully and stocked them in our boutique, where members of the public were able to purchase and enjoy these delicious holiday goodies. Their hard work—and holiday spirit—truly shone through. The treats did not last long on the boutique shelves!
The group fully embraced the festive atmosphere, making the workshop not only productive but heart-warming and fun. Workshops like this reflect the very best of PSCA: hands-on learning, collaboration, and creating memorable moments together.
