Growing Connections at Beurling Academy

On Monday, August 31, grade 7 students at Beurling Academy kicked off their first day of school by getting to know one another, learning about school routines and discovering what life at their new school community is all about.
To wrap up the day, students got their hands dirty with a group gardening activity alongside Urban Seedlings! Together, they cleared out planter boxes and planted new greenery. They worked as a team, connected with one another and helped create a more welcoming space for their school community.
What a great way to start their Beurling journey! We can’t wait to see where the next few years take them and all the adventures, friendships and memories they’ll make along the way.
