Affordable New Residence for LBSPB Vocational Students

by Chloë Ranaldi

A student residence is now available for Lester B. Pearson students enrolled in our vocational programs. The living space located at 150 Seigniory Ave, in Pointe-Claire, has 96 private rooms available for students to rent.

The residence fosters a stress-free environment that encourages students to become part of a supportive community while focusing on both their academic and personal success.

Key Features of the Residence Include:

  • 24/7 Support and On-Site Staff: Students will benefit from around-the-clock assistance from staff, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
  • Cafeteria with fresh meals: Enjoy nutritious meals in our on-site cafeteria, with two meals included each day, breakfast and dinner, allowing students to focus on their studies without the hassle of meal preparation.
  • Private Rooms: Each resident will have their own private room, furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser, providing a personal space where students can study and relax.
  • Equipped Gymnasium: Health and wellness are priorities in the residence. Students have access to the gymnasium, basketball and volleyball courts, among other equipment.
  • Laundry facilities: Students can also take advantage of the laundry facilities which are free of charge.
  • Common Space Areas: The residence features multiple common spaces, designed for students to get together, hang out or watch TV.
  • Lounge Room: A dedicated lounge room is available for students. It offers a comfortable space for socializing with students and friends.

“We are excited to offer vocational students a residence that not only meets their housing needs but also supports their academic journey,” said Martine St-Pierre, International Programs Director at LBPSB. “We hope this facility will be more than just a place to live, but also be a community where friendships can grow, and memories can be made.”

The residence is run by 4Stay, a company that helps connect students with renting opportunities.
