Located in Lasalle, Le Saucier is not just a restaurant—it’s a learning experience brought to life by the talented culinary students of PACC (Pearson Adult and Career Centre), part of the Lester B. Pearson School Board family. Every dish on our menu is carefully prepared by our aspiring chefs as they hone their skills in a real-world kitchen environment.

Our menu is seasonal and ever-changing, ensuring that each visit offers something new and exciting. From beautifully plated appetizers to mouthwatering main courses and decadent desserts, our students bring creativity and passion to every plate. The experience doesn’t stop in the kitchen, guests will be greeted and served by our Food and Beverage students, giving them the hands-on training they need to excel in the hospitality industry.

Beyond dining, we also invite you to explore our Boutiques, where you’ll find a variety of handcrafted products made by our students. The products rotate daily, as the students progress through their programs: Professional Cooking, Pastry Making, Bread making and Retail Butchery. Whether it’s fresh baked goods, fresh cuts of meat, or specialty sauces, each item is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of our future professionals. We invite you to come visit our 2 boutique locations and taste the difference that passion and skill can make!
